IncubaTour Stop 2: How Dublin Entrepreneurial Center fit twice the companies in 2/3 the space

The original Dublin Entrepreneurial Center topped out at 60 companies in a 40,000-square-foot building on Post Road.

Most of those moved last year to a consolidated and expanded DEC on Metro Place South that now packs 112 companies in 24,000 square feet, with three cubicles and a few dozen part-time spots still available to rent.

There are some nifty tech companies in there, but they haven’t invented a TARDIS yet.
