Understanding Website Effectiveness: How to understand the user journey using Google Analytics
After this course, social enterprise and nonprofit team members will have the skills they need to look at Google Analytics to make sure users on their website are doing what they want them to do. They will also be aware of common website usability mistakes, how to correct them, and how to measure changes they might make to their website.
This workshop will take place on January 17, 2018. Registration will begin at 5:00 pm, and the workshop will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Seating is limited to 30 workshop participants.
Registration is required, and pricing per person is as follows:

April E. Wilson loves analyzing data and finding the truth within. The story behind the algebra. Data is the great leveler of playing fields. And when properly mined, it can work wonders. It can be the stone that David (a small business owner) can use to topple Goliath (the big corporations). It can be the difference between a business staying in business and another empty building with a “for lease” sign on the window. By day, she analyzes data. At night, she analyzes data. Give her a topic and an opportunity to do so, she will stand in front of small or large groups of people and evangelize what that data is saying. She will make you better for knowing everything you want to know about your data, and about yourself.
