freedom-picnic-800x800-no-textHappy birthday America! Let’s celebrate the many freedoms afforded us, especially entrepreneurship, at this year’s “It’s Good to be Free” Entrepreneurial Picnic! We know you like your independence. Surveys show that 96% of us entrepreneurs do what we do just because we like our freedom. So, let’s celebrate our common bond—doing it our way—while also celebrating the birthday of the land of opportunity.

WHO: Dublin emergency forces are invited to join us for the festivities.  As well, we encourage you, our entrepreneurial community to bring along your own family. Please be sure the kids are of an age that you can safely manage them.

WHAT/WHERE/WHEN: All the festivities will take place in the Southwest side of the parking lot. DEC team members, will grill up a bevvy of picnic style foods so just bring your appetite! Food will be served at 11:30 am.

FUN: The fun begins around 12:30 pm. We also hope you will participate in two rather special events to help raise money for the Firefighters 4 Kids Drive. We will be featuring a hot dog eating contest with the familiar faces of our DEC sponsors. Who can eat the most dogs? You can place your donation for the person you want to win and we will all cheer them on!

For additional entertainment, Chaz Freutel and some other VIPs will take a massive whipped cream pie in the face and you can throw it, as long as you pay the right price. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to pie some of your favorite people while helping to raise money for Firefighters 4 Kids.

Of course we will have corn hole games to help you pass the time away with friends too! We hope to see you there!
