Student Retention Firm Aviso Coaching Partners with Analytics Firm Target Enrollment Group
COLUMBUS, Ohio and INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – Student enrollment and retention officials at institutions of higher education will benefit from a partnership that incorporates predictive analytics into a student advising and coaching platform.
Columbus, Ohio-based Aviso Coaching LLC provides a transformational coaching solution that empowers advisors and coaches, engages students, and boosts retention. The company’s partnership with Target Enrollment Group LLC, based at the Purdue Research Park of Indianapolis, will allow for the integration of predictive analytics into the software platform and for analytic services to be added to the suite of services offered by Aviso.
Alexander Leader, co-founder and CTO of Aviso Coaching, said the partnership with Target Enrollment Group establishes a line of reporting and analytics consulting services to help colleges increase student retention, leading to increased tuition revenue and lowering recruiting costs.
“Aviso’s primary users are college and university staff and students. We integrate data from various systems to identify student challenges including attendance records, grade point average trends and class registration activity among others,” he said. “With the addition of these new capabilities, the Aviso Software Platform will further anticipate student behaviors, leading to earlier intervention by coaches, advisers and other support staff.”
Aviso Coaching’s clients include Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri; Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin; Marion Technical College in Marion, Ohio; and Central Carolina Community College in Sanford, North Carolina.

The company will also provide support for other analytics projects including reporting services and custom predictive modeling implementations.
