About Melinda Gloriosa

As Managing Director, Investments, Melinda is a dynamic member of the team that analyzes, executes, and manages investments in concept, seed, and early stage companies. Her responsibilities include conducting investment analysis, leading the execution of investment transactions including due diligence, cap table modeling, and more. In her work, she builds relationships with startups, venture funds and strategic investors, and other key stakeholders.

 

In addition to her experience in investment management, Melinda has significant experience in project and program management. Before Rev1 Ventures, she advised and consulted for several startups and worked as a managing director in a regional investment firm. Her career includes project manager roles in healthcare and engineering. She also held multiple roles in manufacturing and R&D with American Honda Motor Company.

 

Melinda earned a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo, Toledo, OH, and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. She earned Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
