About Larissa Cage
As Director of Venture Studio Services, Larissa Cage leads initiatives that support early-stage founders as they build, validate, and grow their companies. Her work spans Rev1’s Customer to Capital Accelerator, Spinout Fundamentals, founder and mentor engagement, venture development support, and pathways that help entrepreneurs prepare for and pursue non-dilutive funding opportunities.
Larissa is passionate about building strong communities around entrepreneurs and creating thoughtful, practical experiences that connect founders with the people, resources, and expertise they need to move forward. She works across Rev1’s team and broader network to strengthen those connections, solve operational challenges, improve processes, and continually find better ways to support founders.
Before joining Rev1, Larissa spent more than six years in financial services, where she developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, analysis, process improvement, and customer experience. She has also supported small businesses and community organizations through business advising, financial and operational support, and community engagement.
