About Larissa Wess

As Manager, Intern and Fellow Programs, Larissa Wess supports Rev1’s Innovation Internship and Emerging Talent Fellowship programs. Since March 2020, the program has placed more than 200 interns and fellows within Columbus region startups. Larissa expands outreach to enroll an even broader group of interns and startups in the program. She focuses especially on matching more women and people of color with Rev1’s clients.

Larissa applies her experience in training, developing collaborative, cross-functional processes and working directly with customers to develop a cohort environment for interns. She facilitates networking opportunities to connect interns who are working at many different startups, often remote-first. Larissa manages intern education and professional development sessions, as well as  the administration and reporting responsibilities of the internship program.

Before joining Rev1 Ventures, Larissa was a fraud investigator with a financial services organization. She is a problem-solver, process-creator, and passionate student advocate. Larissa attended The Ohio State University pursing a degree in business administration.
