About Khairie Williams
Khairie is a talented professional with excellent communication skills. With a vast
experience in Human Resources practices, she stands out for her negotiating skills in
critical areas such as personnel management and department efficiencies.
She manages the Grow to Scale Mentor Program and the DEI Grant Fund and supports
our pipeline-building partnerships.
Her most recent experience comes from working for the Department of Defense as a
General Schedule Civilian employee. Among her many accomplishments, she has had
a career serving as a Sergeant in the United States Army.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Georgia
Southern University and a Certification in Human Resources from the United States
Army. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing.
