Over the past 20+ years, I’ve developed deep expertise in sales, finance, insurance, operations, technology and strategy. I bootstrapped my company through a sale to a Fortune 800 buyer in the real estate services and technology space and I’ve served as a trusted advisor to leaders at hundreds of companies.

Early in my career, I was a key employee that helped grow a local insurance agency from the 11th largest agency in Central Ohio to the 2nd largest agency during my tenure. They were later acquired by USI.

As the founder of Signature Closers, I took a part-time job I created for myself in college as a notary performing real estate signings and grew it to a $65+ million annual revenue company that managed over 62k real estate signings in a single month with only 30 employees. We were recognized for 7 out of 8 years on the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies where we peaked at #140 in 2014 before eventually selling the company to Stewart Title Company (NYSE: STC) in 2021.

In 2024, as the Interim COO / CRO at DataFlik, I inherited a company with 3 employees and no sustainable process and implemented the systems and processes that allowed the business to grow to over 50 employees and triple revenue from $200k MRR to $600k MRR in less than 12 months. I also worked closely with our data science team where I had exposure to LLMs, AI, and machine learning.
