Columbus Ranked in Top 3 U.S. Cities for New College Grads For Three Consecutive Years

What better announcement can there be for a city that strives to be a leader in innovation than for it to be recognized as a Top 3 career location for new college graduates for the third year in a row?

That’s the latest report on Columbus from the  annual edition of the Best Cities for College Grads from SmartAsset™.

Comparing 108 of the largest U.S. cities using 10 metrics across three categories—jobs, fund, and affordability—SmartAsset™ recognizes Columbus as an affordable city with lots of available jobs.

Our overall unemployment rate is less than 4 percent (for those with bachelor’s degree, it’s less than 2 percent), and with nearly 20 percent of the population being twenty-something, Columbus also gets high marks as a great place for Millennials to make new friends.
