With deep roots in the healthcare market—previously serving as Ohio Commercial Chief of Staff and Director of Network Strategy for Anthem BCBS—Joe specializes in navigating the complexities of ACA and Medicare markets to drive growth and operational efficiency so more people can get access to the care they need.
A native of Chillicothe, Ohio and now residing in Cincinnati, Joe remains a passionate advocate for regional growth and education, serving as the Founder and Chairman of the Appalachian Ohio Scholarship Fund. He is the author of Navigating the Machine: Understanding US Healthcare. He holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s in Finance from Harvard University.
