As managing director of talent and inclusion, Dionnica works directly with venture advisors and portfolio companies to help meet the companies’ talent needs, sourcing senior talent and hard-to-fill executive-level roles. Dionnica brings professional experience in all aspects of staffing, recruiting, and onboarding talent.
An expert at sourcing diverse candidates, Dionnica puts her career strength of relationship-building to work for Rev1 entrepreneurs and startups, expanding and managing Rev1’s talent network with a special focus on senior executives and diverse talent. She has expertise in developing successful strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill positions, from C-suite leaders to software engineers. Dionnica’s experience in working with colleges and universities to promote internships is helping Rev1’s Innovation Internship Program succeed.
Before joining Rev1, Dionnica held various recruiting and talent acquisition positions at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, AAA Ohio Auto Club, and The Right Thing, Inc., an ADP company. She earned a B.A. degree in Communications from the University of Toledo, Toledo, OH.
