About David Geiger
David is a revenue-focused SaaS executive with nearly two decades of experience building and scaling enterprise go-to-market organizations. Most recently serving as VP of Sales at TeamDynamix, he led the company from $6.7M to $60M ARR — a 9× growth trajectory over eight years. His career includes co-founding ePAY Healthcare, building the commercial engine at Olive AI, and senior sales leadership roles at CoverMyMeds and Pfizer. David brings deep expertise in enterprise sales strategy, messaging and positioning, sales team design, and helping early-stage founders translate their vision into revenue. He is a member of the Refinery Ventures X15 Leadership Expedition cohort and has mentored founding teams across Columbus through Startup Weekend and the broader startup community.
He is passionate about giving back to the Columbus ecosystem and helping founders navigate the hardest parts of the journey — from finding product-market fit to building the repeatable revenue motion that turns a great idea into a durable company.
